When the lease starts to bite

• CPF, in full: a buyer must be 50 or younger for this lease to cover them to 95, which is the test for using CPF up to the Valuation Limit. Older buyers get a pro-rated amount that CPF calculates individually.
• CPF, at all: once 20 years or less remain, CPF cannot be used for the purchase by anyone. This block reaches that point in 2051.
