URA launched the tender for a White site at Town Hall Link in Jurong Lake District today. On its own, the plot could yield up to 1,200 private homes, a meaningful block of future supply landing in one spot in the west. It sits on the Confirmed List of the 2H2026 Government Land Sales programme, so this one is going ahead regardless of demand.
