Dunearn House previews on 10 Jul 2026: 380 units on a Bukit Timah parcel the Frasers Property / CSC Land / Sekisui House joint venture won in July 2025 for $491.5 million. The number that frames everything else is the land rate — $1,410 per square foot per plot ratio. Ten months later the government sold the next plot down Dunearn Road for $1,625 psf ppr.
