haioHDB resale prices fell 0.3% in the second quarter of 2026, the second quarter in a row they've dropped. The flash estimate puts the Resale Price Index at 202.7, after a 0.1% slip in Q1. Buyers are pulling back too. Just 6,268 resale flats changed hands up to 29 June, 10.2% below the same stretch a year ago.

In October 2026, HDB launches about 7,960 flats across six towns: Bedok, Geylang, Sembawang, Tengah, Toa Payoh and Yishun. Toa Payoh also gets Community Care Apartments, the assisted-living flats for seniors.
