Singapore is putting more new private homes on the market than it has in years
The Government has earmarked 9,320 new private homes for sale through this year's Government Land Sales (GLS) programme, more than 50% above the average it has released each year over the past decade. The second-half tranche alone accounts for 4,745 units, a touch above the 4,575 in the first half. For anyone buying in the next couple of years, that is the number that matters most: supply is being kept deliberately high and steady.
