haioSingapore just released land for about 285 homes next to two MRT stations
On 25 June 2026, URA put two residential sites on the market under the 1H2026 Government Land Sales programme: one at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue, a short walk from Bright Hill MRT, and one at Kitchener Link, beside Farrer Park MRT. Between them they could hold about 285 homes. Line that up against a decade of land sales and you can see how small this release really is.

What URA actually put up for sale
Two plots, both on 99-year leases. The part that matters for a buyer: only one of them is guaranteed to be built.
The Sin Ming site is on the Confirmed List, so URA tenders it whether or not developers are keen, with bids closing 15 Sept 2026 12:00PM. The Kitchener Link site is on the Reserve List, it only goes to tender if a developer formally applies and commits to a minimum price first. No application, no sale.
