Loading. Each line reads up to 20 years of transactions, which can take a few seconds.
  • Resale transactions only. New launches and sub-sales are excluded.
  • Bedroom lines and bedroom filters use exact unit-level and HDB flat-type matches, which cover 91.5% of transactions. The remaining 8.5% carry no bedroom label and are left out rather than estimated from floor area.
  • Region lines exclude districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 26, which straddle two regions (6.9% of transactions). They are left out rather than assigned a guessed region.
