When the lease starts to bite

• CPF, in full: a buyer must be 51 or younger for this lease to cover them to 95, which is the test for using CPF up to the Valuation Limit. Older buyers get a pro-rated amount that CPF calculates individually.
• CPF, at all: once 20 years or less remain, CPF cannot be used for the purchase by anyone. This block reaches that point in 2050.
• HDB loan period: an HDB loan runs for at most the remaining lease less 20 years, so the full 25-year period needs at least 45 years of lease. This block is already below that, so the loan period is capped by its lease.
